We all love the good old pancakes, but are they healthy enough? Well we got you pancakes that are 100% Vegan and extremely healthy, therefore don't fret and enjoy your homemade pancakes guilt free every morning!

Cook Time: 15 min (Depends upon servings)
Total Time: 20 min
Yield : 4-5 Pancakes
1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Oatmeal Flour
1/4 Tbsp Salt
1 Large or 2 Small Bananas
2 Tbsp Dried Mango
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk (Coconut, Almond or Soya)
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil or Vegan Butter (change according to preference)
1 Full Alphonso Mango (Chopped)
1 Small Banana (Chopped)
Add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour & 1/4 cup oatmeal flour to a mixing bowl. Then add bananas, dried mango, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt and milk to the same. Blend everything together with a blender.
Heat up the Pan on low, then add coconut oil, after that pour over the pancake mixture onto the pan with a spoon.
Let it cook on one side, then flip over and cook the other side.
Serve it with the toppings of your choice !
(You can adjust the quantities according to your preference.)
